Registered behavior technician

(rBt)

The Registered Behavior TechnicianTM (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.

CONTRACT BCBA

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior analysis services.
 

Under the direction of the Company President, the contracted BCBA will be responsible for a caseload of no more than 3 clients. 

The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implement skill acquisitions and implement behavior intervention plans per the individual client’s behaviors. 

This is a contract position; therefore, there is no specific schedule of hours or days on which the services of the Contractor will be performed. All sessions, evaluations, and other services to be performed by the Contractor will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

BCBAs may supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts® (BCaBAs®), Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBTs®), and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANT

(SLPA)

Speech-language pathology assistants are support personnel who, following academic coursework, fieldwork, and on-the-job training, perform tasks prescribed, directed, and supervised by ASHA-certified speech-language pathologists.
