Registered Behavior Technicians

Elite Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are paraprofessionals that assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an Elite BCBA Supervisor.

RBTs have completed a minimum of four hours of training in behavior principles and techniques, as well as a skills demonstration and a written examination (administered by the BCBA Supervisor).

Elite RBTs also receive ongoing supervision and support from their BCBA supervisor. This supervision is provided in order to ensure that the RBT is competent in delivering services, as well as to provide guidance and feedback on an on-going basis.

Elite RBTs are an important part of the behavior analytic team, and play a vital role in providing high quality behavior analytic services.

Being committed to providing quality service means having well-trained well educated therapists on staff. All of our therapists are RBTs credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or are in the process of becoming one.
